COURSE

• Start/Finish at the Cerro Coso College gym, 3000 S. College Heights Blvd. Ridgecrest.
• Loop course over rolling desert terrain on jeep roads, single track trails, and sandy washes.
• The course will be marked with chalk and ribbon.
• Approximately 2660' of elevation gain and loss on the 50K course.
• Approximately 1695' of elevation gain and loss on the 30K course.

The buttons below will provide map views and elevation profiles of the 50K and 30K courses. The 50K Map and 30K Map buttons will take you to course maps on the CalTopo website, where you can export a .gpx track file.

AID STATIONS

• Nine great aid stations support the 50K runners; four of these on the 30K course.
• Aid stations will be stocked with water, electrolyte drink, cola, cookies, bananas, pretzels, Vaseline, S-caps.
• There will be no Ibuprofen at the aid stations.
• Crew access is available at Wagon Wheel Crossing (16.9 miles).
• Remote communications provided by Sierra Amateur Radio Club.

RULES

• A 2:30 p.m. cut off time will be enforced at Gracie's Mansion (25.7 miles).
• If you must drop out of the race for any reason, you must notify a race staff member at an aid station.

• Please be aware that you will be running through BLM land and should respect the rights of hikers, mountain bikers, equestrians and other runners you might encounter.
• Please carry your trash and deposit it at the next aid station.
