| A small but enthusiastic group of people met by Cerro Coso Junior College in ideal weather conditions to run the 2000 OTHTC Half Marathon. The overall winner on the hilly course was Bryan Ogilvie in an excellent time of 1:25:09. First female finisher was Dianne Rindt at 2:02:05. |

PERFECT, PERFECT,PERFECT
Once again this year the Turkey Trot was blessed with perfect weather. As usual over 250 runners showed up and everyone had a great time on the 5k run. Also once again this year Brian Ogilvie was the winner of the rubber chicken award for being the first finisher. Thanks to race directors Joe and Pat Oliver for their fine work in putting on the run.
