on phase of training)
Injury history: Best injury was nearly knocking myself out on
a tree limb doing a training run for AC.
Best feature (physical): Lack of higher brain centers.
Worst Feature: Low pain threshold.
Favorite running/walking foods: Baked potato with salt,
cantaloupe.
Favorite running/walking beverages: Water, Pepsi, beer
afterward.
Things I like most about running/walking: Spending time with
my great friends on the trail.
What got me started doing races: The challenge to finish.
