Things I like most
about running: |
I like the feeling of well-being it brings, and I love the satisfaction of completing a long hike, mountain climb, or ultra. A hard effort separates the body and soul. And it makes food extra good! |

What got me started

Randy had the bright idea of running marathons and ultras, and I wanted to try, too. And I think Curtis Davis had something to do with it. |
