Typical training week:   4 – 6 days a week (1 speed run, 2 recovery runs, 1 long run, 1 surge run)
Injury history:   Recovered Most Recently from herniated disc in lower back. Currently nursing a hip strain. Previous injuries include knee surgery, muscle pulls, etc.
